本实验以Wistar大鼠颈背部注射D-半乳糖人为建立衰老模型,同时以山茱萸作为抗衰老药物观察自由基(FR)对机体组织的损伤作用,山茱萸的抗氧化能力,了解红细胞内Ca~2+在致衰前后的变化及在衰老中的作用.实验结果显示,模型组大鼠抗氧化能力下降,表现为RBC内SOD活力下降(P<0.05);脂质过氧化作用(LP)增强,表现为RBC膜中丙二醛(MDA)含量开高(P<0.05).致衰大鼠RBC内Ca2+浓度也显著上升(P<0.001).山茱萸给药组大鼠RBC内SOD活力、RBC膜中MDA含量及RBC内Ca2+浓度无明显变化。实验结果证明,衰老大鼠RBC膜氧化作用增强,抗氧化能力下降.山茱萸具有较强的抗氧化能力,可减轻FR对机体造成的损害,并具有一定维持Ca2+平衡的作用.
In this experiment, the aging model was established by injecting D-galactose into the cervical spine of Wistar rats. At the same time, Hawthorn was used as an anti-aging drug to observe the damage of free radicals (FR) on the body tissues, the antioxidation ability of Hawthorn, and the understanding of intracellular Ca2. + Changes before and after failure and its role in aging. The experimental results showed that the antioxidant capacity of the model group rats decreased, manifested as decreased SOD activity in RBC (P <0.05); Lipid peroxidation (LP) increased, showing the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in RBC membrane Open high (P<0.05). The Ca2+ concentration in RBCs of rats with attenuated aging also increased significantly (P<0.001). The activity of SOD, the content of MDA in RBC membrane and the concentration of Ca2+ in RBC were not significantly changed in the rats treated with hawthorn. The experimental results show that the oxidation of RBC membrane in aging rats is enhanced and the antioxidant capacity is decreased. Hawthorn has a strong antioxidant capacity, can reduce the damage caused by FR on the body, and has a certain role in maintaining Ca2+ balance.
