在急性毒性、致灾变试验及亚慢性毒性试验的基础上,应用大鼠胚胎形成发育,胎鼠外观、内脏、骨骼畸形等指标进行大鼠传统致畸试验,研究了新资源食品益肝茶的致畸作用。设外0.3g/kg、3g/kg、30g/kg体重三个实验组,以浓缩鱼肝抽0.5ml/kg体重(相当于VA2500iu、VD2500iu/kg体重)为阳性对照物,蒸馏水为阴性对照组。结果表明,益肝茶对孕鼠无母体毒性、无胚胎毒性和致畸作用。
