例1,女,50岁,农民。住院号74632。因生服草鱼胆后腹痛、呕吐、腹泻和尿少9天于1995年5月12日住院。患者9天前服生草鱼胆1只(20g)后3～4小时出现腹痛、吐泻和尿少(300ml/日)体检:T36.4℃,P80次/分,BP16/g kPa。神清,浮肿貌。巩膜无黄染,心肺无异常。上腹轻压痛,肝脾未扪及,双肾区无叩痛。下肢凹陷性水肿Ⅱ。实验室:WBC8.9×10~9/L,Hb105g/L。尿蛋白+++,红细胞++。BUN36.4mmol/L,Cr1087umol/L,K~+5.11mmol/L,Na~+105mmol/L。
