因小细胞肺癌在治疗措施上与其它类型肺癌有很大差异,其鉴别诊断在临床上具有重要意义。脑激素,促胃酸激素和缩胆囊素(cholecystorinin、CCK)在体内对胃肠粘膜有营养作用,在体外能促进某些肿瘤细胞株的生长。现已证明,人脑CCK-B受体与胃粘膜促胃酸激素受体性质是相同的。CDNA克隆分析证明它们均具有蛇根碱G蛋白受体的特征。本文作者建立了一种测定人肿瘤组织中CCK-B/促胃酸激素受体mRNA表达的筛选方法。研究了该受体的转录本在肺肿瘤组织的表达,并阐明了该受体是否能作为人小细胞肺癌的特征性肿瘤标志。
Because of the great difference in treatment measures between small cell lung cancer and other types of lung cancer, its differential diagnosis is of clinical significance. Brain hormones, gastrin and cholecystorinin (CCK) have a nutritional effect on the gastrointestinal mucosa in vivo, and can promote the growth of certain tumor cell lines in vitro. It has been demonstrated that the human brain CCK-B receptor has the same properties as the gastric mucosal gastrin receptor. CDNA cloning analysis demonstrated that they all have the characteristics of serpentine G protein receptors. The authors established a screening method for the determination of CCK-B/gastric acid receptor mRNA expression in human tumor tissues. The expression of the transcript of this receptor in lung tumor tissues was studied, and it was clarified whether this receptor could be used as a characteristic tumor marker of human small cell lung cancer.
