自从发现百菌清在动物慢性试验中对大白鼠肾脏有影响以来,对百菌清的毒性问题一直存在着争论。为此,美国大祥公司和我国农药检定所于1g86年3月22日～24日,在北京举行了“百菌清毒性交流座谈会”。会上,大祥公司的J.Killeen博士较详细地介绍了百菌清的毒性试验结果;中美双方有关毒理学家就百菌清的毒性问题进行了讨论。现根据会上讨论的内容及参考我国有关试验报告综合整理如下,以供对此问题感兴趣的同志参考。
Ever since the discovery that chlorothalonil has had an effect on rat kidneys in animal chronic tests, the toxicity of chlorothalonil has been debated. To this end, the United States Daxiang Company and China’s pesticide test in 1g86 March 22 ~ 24, held in Beijing, “Chlorothalonin toxic exchange Symposium.” At the meeting, Dr. Drs. J.Killeen of Daxiang Company introduced the toxicity test results of chlorothalonil in more detail. The toxicological problems of chlorothalonil from China and the United States were discussed. According to the discussion at the meeting and the reference to our test reports are summarized below, for the comrades interested in this issue for reference.
