一、中国经济已初步触底首先我们要看,当前,中国经济正在发生一些积极的变化,那就是已经初步触底。中国经济在过去大概四五年的时间内,增速一直在下降,在增速下降当中,企业的销售压力也是一直在加大,所以,经济增速的触底,从各个方面来说都是一个很重要的变化(见图表1)。2016年1、2、3季度,中国GDP增长率均为6.7%,平稳增长的特点较为明显。1-3季度工业增长率与上半年持平。从这些数据看,经济止降趋稳特征比较明显(见图表2)。
