骨髓转移瘤并非少见,至1981年止国内已有124例报道。我院自1963年至1981年末,经骨髓穿刺检查证实者共52例,现将其临床、血象及骨髓象特点介绍如下。资料分析一、一般情况:本组男性32例,女性20例,男女之比为1.6:1。年龄最大74岁,最小11岁,中位数45岁。原发肿瘤确诊者有8例,其中鼻咽癌、肺癌各2例,乳癌、胃癌、结肠癌、前列腺癌各1例。
Bone marrow metastases are not uncommon, until 1981, there have been 124 cases reported in China. Our hospital from 1963 to the end of 1981, the bone marrow biopsy confirmed a total of 52 cases, now its clinical, blood and bone marrow features are described below. Data Analysis First, the general situation: This group of 32 males and 20 females, male to female ratio of 1.6: 1. The oldest is 74 years old, the youngest is 11 years old and the median is 45 years old. The primary tumor diagnosed in 8 cases, of which 2 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, lung cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer in 1 case.
