脂联素基因与2型糖尿病等代谢性疾病的发生相关,且受遗传背景和环境因素影响,遗传基因存在多态性,妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)与2型糖尿病在许多方面相似。通过检测、分析研究脂联素基因单核苷酸多态性对GDM母体并发症及围生儿结局的影响,对可能存在不同的GDM易患基因及基因多态性的研究提供新的视角,对调整现有GDM诊断标准及进行个性化的新的治疗方案提出可能依据,有着重要的临床意义。
Adiponectin gene is associated with the occurrence of metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes. Genetic background and environmental factors influence the gene polymorphism. Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is similar to type 2 diabetes mellitus in many aspects. Through the detection, analysis of adiponectin gene single nucleotide polymorphisms on GDM maternal complications and perinatal outcomes, the existence of different GDM susceptibility genes and genetic polymorphisms provide a new perspective, It is of important clinical significance to put forward the possible basis for adjusting the existing diagnostic criteria of GDM and the new personalized treatment plan.
