目的 探讨肩锁关节半脱位固定治疗的疗效。方法 35例肩锁关节半脱位在手法复位后施以弹力带持续加压固定治疗。结果 33例肩锁关节半脱位均获满意复位．外观及活动均达正常范围，治愈率94．3％。结论 弹力带持续加压固定治疗肩锁关节半脱位操作简便、固定可靠、材料经济，适合门诊病人和基层医院使用。
