几年来随着生产的发展,工人阶级队伍不断壮大,70%以上的青工,一进厂就参加了生产。由于检修任务重,工作忙,新工人就跟老师傅干活,跟班学,带着干。实际上钳工基础差,检修设备只限于拆拆装装,有时还拆错装错,甚至修坏打坏,造成返工。检修过的设备,发热、七漏、振动等频发性缺陷大量存在,安全基础无保证。针对这个情况,我们以部颁工人技术等级标准为依据,对488名检修工人,逐级进行了一次摸底性的技术
