通过对摊铺机作业过程中所受阻力的分析,给出了摊铺机所受工作阻力的计算方法,并由此推导出工作过程中摊铺机所需的最大牵引力。利用贾诺西剪切应力-变形关系,总结出了由地面附着条件决定的最大牵引力的计算公式,通过两者之间的关系确定出满足要求的摊铺机裸机质量,并对摊铺机合理的质心位置作了说明。
Through the analysis of the resistance of the paver during the operation, the calculation method of the working resistance suffered by the paver is given, and the maximum traction force of the paver in the working process is derived. Based on the Jainuo Shear stress-deformation relationship, the formula of maximum traction determined by the ground adhesion condition is concluded. The quality of the bare metal paver that meets the requirements is determined by the relationship between them. Centroid position was explained.
