本实验采用阶段性程序升温毛细管色谱法测定风油精中有效成份含量与《药典》所述的线性程序升温杜色谱法相比,进一步缩短了被测定组分的分析时间.在最佳色谱条件下,理论塔板数由原来的每米1万块塔板提高到每米3万块塔板,从而提高了分析速度和柱效.该方法能更简便、快速、准确地测定风油精中的有效成份.
In this experiment, the temperature-programmed capillary chromatography was used to determine the content of active ingredients in the essential oil compared with the linear temperature-programmed temperature chromatography described in Pharmacopoeia to further shorten the analysis time of the tested components. Under the best chromatographic conditions, the number of theoretical plates increased from 10,000 units per meter to 30,000 plates per meter, thereby increasing the speed and efficiency of analysis. The method can be more simple, rapid and accurate determination of the active ingredient of the essential oil.
