水轮发电机是水电站主要设备之一,它的安全运行,对电力系统的稳定性起着重要的作用。发电机出了故障,能及时找出原因,排除故障,进行现场处理,可免去送回制造厂修理的运输费用和运输途中的机械损伤,同时能缩短修理周期,提前恢复运行,增加发电收入,对电站和国民经济均有极大的经济意义。本文所介绍的是发电机定子绕组事故的分析和现场处理方法。发电机定子绕组额定电压有400伏、3150伏、6300伏、10500伏等几种,本文着重介绍3150伏至6300伏电压等级,(3000千瓩以下机组)。
