党的十六届四中全会提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的新命题,为高等职业教育的人才培养指明了新的方向。高等职业教育的人才培养要以服务于和谐社会构建为主要着力点;以就业为导向,大力开展创业教育。要从办学理念、办学机制、专业设置、教育教学模式、管理模式等方面打好基础,保证高等职业教育人才培养观得到真正落实。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward a new proposition for building a harmonious socialist society and pointed out a new direction for the training of qualified personnel in higher vocational education. Talent cultivation of higher vocational education should serve the construction of a harmonious society as the main focus; employment-oriented, vigorously carry out entrepreneurship education. We should lay a solid foundation for the concept of running a school, running mechanism, professional setting, education and teaching mode, and management mode so as to ensure that the concept of personnel training in higher vocational education is truly implemented.
