以决明发根为材料 ,在培养基中附加 0 0 0 1~ 10mg·L- 1 Eu3+ (EuCl3) ,测量发根的鲜重和干重 ,用高效液相色谱法测定游离蒽醌化合物含量。发现极低剂量 ( 0 0 0 1,0 0 1,1 0mg·L- 1 )Eu3+ 抑制生长 ,0 0 0 1mg·L- 1 Eu3+ 抑制作用最强 ,干重比对照降低 2 2 % ;较低剂量( 10mg·L- 1 )Eu3+ 促进生长 ,干重比对照增加 2 7% ;0 0 0 1,0 0 1,0 1,1 0mg·L- 1 Eu3+ 各个处理的游离蒽醌化合物总含量均低于对照 ,而10mg·L- 1 Eu3+ 处理的含量高于对照 2 6% ,高于Eu3+ 1 0mg·L- 1 处理 97%。10mg·L- 1 Eu3+ 能有效增强决明发根的生长、提高游离蒽醌化合物总含量和产量。
The roots of Cassia obtusifolia were used as the materials, and the fresh weight and dry weight of the roots were measured by adding 0 0 0 1 ~ 10 mg · L -1 Eu 3+ (EuCl 3) to the medium. The content of free anthraquinone was determined by high performance liquid chromatography . The results showed that Eu3 + with very low dose (0 0 0 0 0 1, 0 mg · L-1) inhibited the growth, the inhibitory effect of 0 0 0 1mg · L-1 Eu3 + was the strongest and the dry weight was reduced by 22% Eu3 + at the dose of 10 mg · L-1 promoted the growth and the dry weight increased by 27% compared with the control. The total content of free anthraquinone compounds treated by 0 0 0 1,0 0 1,0 1,1 0 mg · L- 1 Eu3 + The content of 10mg · L-1 Eu3 + was 26% higher than that of the control and higher than that of Eu3 + 10mg · L-1. 10mg · L -1 Eu3 + can effectively enhance the growth of Cassia obtusifolia hair root and increase the total content and yield of free anthraquinone compounds.
