心钠素(ANP)在高血压等心血管疾病的发病中具有重要意义,但与心血管疾病关系密切的脑血管病ANP变化的研究尚少。我们观察了60例急性脑血管病和31例脑动脉硬化患者的血浆ANP含量及其与血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT—Ⅱ)、血液粘度、血脂的关系,现报告如下。
Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension. However, there are few studies on the changes of ANP in cerebrovascular diseases that are closely related to cardiovascular diseases. We observed 60 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease and 31 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis in patients with plasma ANP levels and its relationship with angiotensin Ⅱ (AT-Ⅱ), blood viscosity, blood lipids, the report is as follows.
