硅粉是工业副产品,现已研究出利用回收的硅粉获取高强度混凝土的新技术。将定量的超细硅粉末(比表面积为10~25m~2/g) 掺入混凝土集料中.以便使其填充水泥颗粒间的孔隙。这样就减小水灰比,并大大增加机械强度。为了防止硅粉微粒与水泥中释放出来的钙离子产生凝结现象,利用超塑化剂作为有效的硅粉——水泥体系的分散剂。在混凝土集料中掺大量的硅粉(SF) 和超塑化剂(SP),可以得到低水灰比高流动度的混凝土,其圆柱体(10×20cm) 的28天抗压强度为110~160MPa。
Silicon powder is an industrial by-product, and new technologies for recovering high-strength concrete using recycled silicon powder have been developed. A quantitative amount of ultra-fine silicon powder (specific surface area of 10-25 m 2 /g) was incorporated into the concrete aggregate so as to fill the pores between the cement particles. This reduces the water-cement ratio and greatly increases the mechanical strength. In order to prevent the condensation of the calcium ions released from the silica fume particles and the cement, a superplasticizer is used as an effective silicon powder, a dispersant for a cement system. By adding a large amount of silica fume (SF) and superplasticizer (SP) to the concrete aggregate, a concrete with a low water-cement ratio and high fluidity can be obtained, and the 28-day compressive strength of the cylinder (10×20 cm) is 110 ~160MPa.
