80年代以来,我国经济特区的建设,已经成为中国对外开放的重要组成部分,成为中国社会主义经济建设崭新的、引人注目的实践,从而,也成为社会主义经济理论研究的新课题。放眼世界,各国经济性特区的发展已经成为一种普遍的现象,成为世界各国经济发展重要的一环。因而,比较研究世界经济性特区发展的特点、成效及存在的问题,从中吸取可供我国经济特区发展借鉴的经验和教训,是大有裨益的。
Since the 1980s, the construction of the special economic zones in our country has become an important part of China’s opening to the outside world and has become a brand-new and compelling practice in China’s socialist economic construction. As a result, it has also become a new topic for the study of socialist economic theory. Looking around the world, the development of special economic zones in various countries has become a universal phenomenon and has become an important part of the economic development of all countries in the world. Therefore, it is of great benefit to comparatively study the characteristics, achievements and existing problems of the development of the SEZs in the world and learn from the experiences and lessons learned from the development of SEZs in our country.
