目的:建立同时测定女贞子中木犀草素和芹菜素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇溶液-0.1%甲酸溶液(55∶45,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为345 nm。结果:木犀草素和芹菜素的进样量分别在0.040 8~0.652 8、0.049 2~0.787 2μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.999 9、0.999 8);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD<2%;平均加样回收率分别为100.6%和100.1%,RSD分别为1.04%和1.10%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为评价女贞子质量的依据之一。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of luteolin and apigenin in Ligustrum lucidum. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was ZORBAX SB-C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% formic acid solution (55:45, V / V) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / The detection wavelength is 345 nm. Results: The injection volume of luteolin and apigenin showed a good linear relationship with the integral values of their peak areas (r = 0.999 9,0.999 8, respectively) in the range of 0.040 8 ~ 0.652 8,0.049 2 ~ 0.787 2 μg; The RSD of the degree, repeatability and stability test were less than 2%. The average recoveries were 100.6% and 100.1%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.04% and 1.10%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used as a basis for evaluating the quality of Ligustrum lucidum.
