国务院出台《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》中提出探索发展混合所有制高职院校。混合所有制通过将社会资金、技术、管理等要素引入高职教育,解决高职院校资金不足,“双师”教师匮乏、管理模式落后等问题。介绍杭州职业技术学院利用混合所有制引进企业资源,并与行业监管单位浙江省特检院三方合作建立电梯实训中心成功经验,提出混合所有制模式办学的几点思考。
The State Council promulgated the “Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education” and proposed to explore and develop a mixed-ownership higher vocational college. The mixed ownership system will solve the problems such as insufficient funds, shortage of teachers and lack of management mode in higher vocational colleges by introducing social capital, technology and management into higher vocational education. Introduces Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College to introduce enterprise resources by using mixed ownership system and establishes the successful experience of elevator training center with the tripartite cooperation of special supervisory institute in Zhejiang Province and puts forward some thoughts on how to run the mixed ownership system.
