Currently,there are less than 1 million staff in Chi-na's pension institutions,and fewer than 20,000 certified nursing assistants,which means the gap has reached 10 million levels.In addition,there is room for improvement in the training content, training methods and training needs of nursing staff in nursing insti-tutions .Nursing staff may also suffer from low professional identity due to individual reasons,working environment and social influ-ence.The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of the nursing team,the existing problems,occupational pressure and resignation intention of the staff,and put forward suggestions for the stable development of the nursing team.It is expected to provide reference for breaking the bottleneck of the construction of nursing team,and further improve the service level of nursing staff and the happiness of the elderly.
