简述了利用微波频谱分析仪作为电磁干扰测试接收机的特点,分析研究了测试系统噪声对测量的干扰信号电平的影响,运用正弦信号加高斯噪声的包概率密度函数,导出了频谱仪工作于对数模式时的误差修正因子的计算公式,并给出了数值修正曲线。实验结果验证了理论分析与计算的正确性。
The characteristics of using microwave spectrum analyzer as electromagnetic interference test receiver are briefly described. The influence of test system noise on the measured interference signal level is analyzed. The probability density function of sinusoidal signal plus Gaussian noise is derived. In the logarithmic mode error correction factor of the formula, and gives the numerical correction curve. The experimental results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and calculation.
