在国际金融危机阴霾未散、世界经济结构处于深度调整的关键时期,在我国即将开始新一个五年的重要时刻,2010年12月10日至12日在北京召开的中央经济工作会议谋划了“十二五”开局之年的经济发展。从会议透出的信息看,以科学发展为主题,以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,调结构、稳物价、保民生、促改革,中国经济在新的一年将呈现出转型的新取向。
