结合汽车产品的生产系统规划问题 ,提出一种生产 -分销网络系统的部署规划方法 .针对传统的网络规划算法模型只局限于对给定方案进行评价分析的问题 ,通过对典型汽车 (产品 )生产系统本地化过程的分析 ,重点研究了基于案例分析与推理的生产 -分销网络初始部署的方案规划方法 ,即案例系统的知识分析抽取方法 ;以相关产品构成为出发点 ,建立相关本地制造 (零部件 )资源制造有效性的分析方法 .在此基础上 ,采用 ithink R○ 分析工具 ,基于案例分析与有效性分析结果 ,建立了制造 -分销网络初始部署的方案规划的仿真模型 ,并用于解决工程问题
In this paper, a planning method of production-distribution network system is put forward based on the planning of production system of automobile products.Aiming at the problem that the traditional network planning algorithm model is limited to the evaluation and analysis of a given solution, System localization process, focusing on the case planning and reasoning based on the initial deployment of production - distribution network planning method that case-based knowledge analysis and extraction methods; related product structure as a starting point to establish the relevant local manufacturing (parts ) On the basis of which, the ithink R ○ analysis tool was used to establish a simulation model of the initial deployment of manufacturing-distribution network based on the results of case analysis and effectiveness analysis and to solve the engineering problem
