2012年5月20日至6月2日,由中组部、外交部和国家外专局主办,中国浦东干部学院承办的第13期现代城市领导者专题研究班赴新加坡参加培训。此次培训班学员为来自天津和重庆两地分管社会管理工作的厅局级党政领导干部,研究专题为国际化大都市建设与社区管理,主要围绕新加坡政府治理、政党执政、政府架构、城市建设、规划与治理、社区管理、社会管理等内容进行研究学习。本刊发表培训班学员论坛的部分成果,以飨读者。
From May 20 to June 2, 2012, the thirteenth modern city leaders seminar hosted by the Central Organization Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Administration of Foreign Affairs and co-organized by the China Pudong Institute of Cadres went to Singapore for training. The participants of the training course are government officials and party leaders in charge of social management from Tianjin and Chongqing. The research topics are international metropolis construction and community management. They mainly focus on Singapore government governance, political party governance, government structure, city Construction, planning and management, community management, social management and other content research and study. This publication publishes some of the results of the training course forum to readers.
