增权是指增加权利和权能,增权视角倡导以一种全新的、积极的观点看待残疾人。该理论认为,促进残疾儿童教育增权,能尽量发挥残疾儿童的主观能动性,促进其增强自身优势,最终实现残疾儿童的自我发展和价值提升。武陵山区残疾儿童众多,但特殊教育水平低下,极大地影响了残疾儿童的未来发展。通过对铜仁市残疾儿童及特殊教育现状调查,我们发现该市存在教育理念落后、师资水平较差、管理体制不科学、教学内容和方法落后等问题,武陵山片区需要创新教育理念,加大政府投入,加强协作,不断优化制度环境。
Empowerment refers to the increase of rights and power, empowerment perspective advocates a new, positive view of persons with disabilities. The theory holds that promoting empowerment of children with disabilities can maximize the subjective initiative of children with disabilities and enhance their own advantages so as to eventually achieve the self-development and value enhancement of disabled children. There are many disabled children in Wuling Mountain area, but the low level of special education has greatly affected the future development of disabled children. Through the survey of the present situation of disabled children and special education in Tongren City, we found that there are some problems in the city, such as the backward education concept, the poor teaching level, the unscientific management system and the backward teaching contents and methods. The Wuling Mountain area needs innovative education concept and government Input, strengthen collaboration, and constantly optimize the institutional environment.
