众所周知,含二氟骨架的化合物广泛存在于药物分子中,给药物分子带来独特的药效活性。近年来,随着新试剂新反应的出现,二氟类化合物的合成方法得到了全面发展。但真正可以应用到药物中的方法还较少。本综述介绍了有关3,3-二氟-2-羰基吲哚类化合物的合成研究进展,及其在药物中的应用、存在的不足,并对其发展进行展望。
It is well-known that compounds containing difluoro skeleton exist in a wide range of drug molecules, giving drug molecules unique pharmacodynamic activities. In recent years, with the emergence of new reagents and new reactions, the synthesis of difluoride compounds has been fully developed. But there are fewer ways to really apply it to medicine. This review presents the progress in the synthesis of 3,3-difluoro-2-oxoindoles and their applications in pharmaceuticals, their shortcomings and prospects for their development.
