文化软实力的建设越来越受到人们的关注,作为与经济等“硬实力”相对应的概念,其对于经济的发展是有深远的意义的。振兴东北老工业基地在经济建设的同时更应兼顾文化软实力的建设,改变该地区不利于经济发展的弊端、树立新的风气,调动巨大的精神动力以加快发展极为重要。通过对东北文化的分析,尝试总结出能对振兴东北起推动作用的对策。
The construction of cultural soft power has drawn more and more attention. As a concept corresponding to the “hard power” such as economy, it has far-reaching significance for economic development. To revitalize the old industrial bases in northeast China should not only take into consideration the building of cultural soft power while economic construction, but also change the disadvantages of unfavorable economic development in the region, establish a new atmosphere and mobilize great spiritual motivation in order to speed up development. Through the analysis of northeast culture, try to sum up the countermeasures to promote northeast China.
