Recently, Metso Corporation announced that it will strengthen its layout through two strategic initiatives: establishing a joint venture with Liugong Group and acquiring a 75% stake in Shaorui Heavy Industries. These two initiatives will enable Metso to better serve its Chinese customers and support the sustainable development of China’s industry and infrastructure. Metso Corporation and Liugong Group will form a 50% -50% joint venture to jointly develop the mobile crawler screening business in China. The initial business scope of the joint venture is the localization of the Metso Lokotrack 1000 series of mobile crushing plants and screening equipment
