TiN:应用最为普遍,具有高硬度、高耐磨性及耐氧化性;适合大多数切削刀具,也适合多数成形模具及抗磨损工件。TiCN:具有较小的内应力,较高的韧性以及良好的润滑性能;适合要求较小的摩擦因数而高硬度的加工环境。TiAlN:化学稳定性好,具有高红硬性。极好的抗氧化和耐磨性,适合干切削场合。A1TiN:具有非常高的红硬性、抗氧化性,用于难加工材料(钛合金、铬镍铁合金)、硬加工及高速切削。
TiN: The most commonly used, with high hardness, high wear resistance and oxidation resistance; suitable for most cutting tools, but also for most of the forming molds and wear-resistant workpiece. TiCN: has less internal stress, high toughness and good lubrication; suitable for smaller friction factor and high hardness of the processing environment. TiAlN: good chemical stability, high red hardness. Excellent anti-oxidation and wear resistance, suitable for dry cutting applications. A1TiN: Very hard red, oxidation resistance for difficult to machine materials (titanium, Inconel), hard working and high speed cutting.
