为了提高落叶松人工选择和育种效率,扩大优良个体和杂交组合的繁殖系数,及时用于生产造林,国内外都开展了无性繁殖的研究。据美国、日本报导,采用嫩枝扦插,用IBA处理,基质为珍珠岩、泥煤、泥煤+蛭石,在有间断喷雾的温室或塑料棚内进行试验获得成功,一般生根率达50—75%。国内有关单位试验都获得成功。但是到目前为止,对有关苗木成本的分析材料尚未见报导,这关系到在生产中推广应用的大事,如果成本太高,推广应用难度就大。
In order to improve the artificial selection and breeding efficiency of larch, expand the multiplication coefficient of fine individuals and hybrid combinations, and timely for the production of afforestation, both at home and abroad have carried out asexual reproduction research.
