今年前4个月我国经济在2000年出现转机的基础上,继续保持了良好的增长态势,国内投资、消费增幅均有不同程度提高,一定程度上弥补了外贸出口增长率下降的影响。总体看,开局较好。但经济持续增长的基础还不够坚实,抵御外部环境变化的能力较弱。目前美国经济出现衰退迹象,国际经济前景的不确定性增大。受其影响,未来我国经济运行仍有发生较大波动的可能。因此,对经济形势仍然需要保持冷静,针对国际经济不稳定的情况,应该做好应对严峻情况的准备。
In the first four months of this year, our economy continued to maintain a good momentum of growth based on the turning point in 2000. Domestic investment and consumption growth both increased in varying degrees, to a certain extent, offsetting the impact of the decline in the growth rate of exports. Overall, the start is better. However, the foundation for sustained economic growth is not yet solid enough to withstand the changes in the external environment. At present, the U.S. economy shows signs of recession and the uncertainty of the international economic outlook has increased. Affected by it, the future economic operation of our country still has the possibility of greater volatility. Therefore, we still need to maintain calmness in the economic situation and, in the light of the unstable international economy, we should be prepared to deal with the harsh conditions.
