海洋平台的重量和重心分布是在平台安装过程的重要控制参数。在东南亚项目某平台组块的吊装设计中,由于吊装重心偏心过大,导致单根吊绳力过大,吊点能力不足。本文提出了一种通过移动吊机臂来调整重心偏移的方法,通过SACS软件计算验证其对重心以及吊绳力的影响,并且与配重方案做对比。研究表明在吊绳力满足要求的前提下相对于配重方案,该吊装移臂方案具有较大的经济型以及施工便利性,可以为其它工程项目提供设计参考。
The weight and center of gravity of the offshore platform is an important control parameter in the platform installation process. In the sling design of a platform block in the project of Southeast Asia, due to the excessive center of gravity of the hoisting center, the single hoisting rope force is too large and the lifting point capacity is not enough. In this paper, a method of adjusting the center of gravity displacement by moving the crane arm is proposed. The influence of the center of gravity and sling force is verified by SACS software and compared with the counterweight solution. The research shows that compared with the counterweight scheme, the lifting arm lifting scheme has the advantages of economy and construction convenience under the precondition that the sling force meets the requirements, and can provide design reference for other projects.
