针对义马煤业集团义安矿高瓦斯低透气性煤层瓦斯抽放困难等情况,进行了深孔松动控制爆破卸压增透理论分析和工程实践。深孔松动控制爆破卸压增透技术是利用煤层瓦斯压力、炸药爆炸产生的能量及控制孔的导向和补偿作用使煤体原有裂隙得以扩展并产生新的裂隙,释放应力和瓦斯压力并起到卸压增透效果,从而达到提高煤层透气性和抽放效果的目的。工程实践结果表明:深孔松动控制爆破后,各项参数和指标有明显变化,钻孔间距和抽放流量平均提高3~5倍,最大的增大倍数为19倍,钻孔有效影响范围内瓦斯预抽率提高2~3倍。
