1月9日,由中国人民对外友好协会、人民日报社作为指导单位,环球人物杂志社主办,国家行政学院国际事务与中国外交研究中心、北京温州商会协办的第三届“中国影响力论坛”在中国人民对外友好协会礼堂举行。中国人民对外友好协会会长李小林、中国人民外交学会前会长梅兆荣出席论坛并致辞,国务院发展研究中心、中国社会科学院、国家行政学院等学术研究机构的权威专家,国内外企业、商会代表300余人与会。
