头孢是现阶段社会发展中第三代头孢类抗生素,其在目前的社会发展中越来越受到人民的重视和关注,已成为最为常用的一类抗生素。本文通过高效液相色谱法就头孢曲松钠含量进行了实验,其主要目的在于建立测定头孢曲松钠含量的有效方法和测量手段。方法:以Lichrochart Rp-18 250mm*4为主要的检测设备和色谱柱来进行其中含量的检测与管理。结果:得出其波长为254nm,流速转动控制为1.5ml/min,头孢曲松钠浓度为100—500μg/ml,且在这个范围内其中呈现出线性关系,根据这种范围的工作模式进行分析,其在应用的过程中现行关系方程式为Y=-578.2+62.73*X,R=0.9998。结论:这种方法在应用中有着精确度高、准确性能好、设备简单的优势,可以作为各种头孢曲松钠含量的检测措施和方法。
