目的:探讨在统筹方法论指导下的上海中医药大学和上海健康职业技术学院合作开展的高等职业教育药学专业——高等教育本科中药学专业贯通人才培养模式的实践经验。方法:对上海中医药大学与上海高等专科学校合作开展的高等职业教育药学专业——高等教育本科中药学专业贯通人才培养模式进行分析研究。上海高等专科学校药学院药学专业学生在完成3年高等职业教育并取得高职层次毕业证书。本着“自愿、推优、选拔”原则,从中遴选一定数量学生进入后2年的高职贯通本科中药学专业课程学习。学生修完规定学分,达到规定绩点要求,按《中华人民共和国学位条例》规定,授予理学学士学位。结果:通过统筹组织管理机制、培养定位与课程体系,确立贯通培养目标,制定培养框架,夯实贯通培养内涵,构建了贯通式人才培养模式。结论:中药学专业高职-本科贯通人才培养模式实践探索极具意义,建立了贯通普通高等教育与职业技术教育之间的立交桥,凸显培养技能学术兼备的高级中药学专业人才的特点。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the pharmacy specialty of higher vocational education carried out by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai Health Vocational and Technical College under the guidance of co - ordination methodology - the practical experience of the mode of cultivating through - personnel training for undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine in higher education. Methods: The pharmacy specialty of higher vocational education developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai Institute of Technology - Analysis and research on the mode of cultivating through - personnel training for undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine in higher education. Shanghai College of Pharmacy students in pharmacy to complete 3 years of higher vocational education and obtain a higher vocational level diploma. In line with the principle of “Voluntarism, Excellence, Selection”, we select a certain number of students to enter the post-secondary vocational education course for 2 years. Students complete the required credits to meet the performance requirements, according to the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China” provides granting Bachelor of Science. Results: Through the overall organization and management mechanism, training positioning and curriculum system, establish through training objectives, develop training framework, reinforce the train of thought through training, and build a through-personnel training model. Conclusion: It is of great significance to explore the practical training pattern of undergraduate pharmacy in higher vocational education of traditional Chinese medicine. The establishment of a cross-overpass between general higher education and vocational and technical education highlights the characteristics of cultivating advanced Chinese medicine professionals with academic skills.
