齿形同步带是近年国际上新发展起来的一种新型传动带。它具有V型传动带无法比拟的优越性,其传递扭矩的能力,传动运动的准确性,传动效率等均优于V带。本文就平顶圆弧齿同步带的齿形、齿廓接触强度、齿根弯曲应力等采用光弹性应力分析的方法进行了理论研究,为发展我国的同步带提供了理论依据。文中依据理论研究的结果给出了可用于现场的实用设计。其齿形、带及带轮的优化设计均已接近或达到美国同类产品80年代水平,现场试验的结果更能证明这一结论。
Toothed-tooth timing belt is a new type of transmission belt newly developed internationally in recent years. It has V-belt superiority than unmatched, its ability to transmit torque, the accuracy of transmission movement, transmission efficiency, etc. are better than V belt. In this paper, the theory of photoelastic stress analysis is used to study the tooth profile, tooth profile contact strength and root bending stress of flat-tip arc tooth timing belt, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of China’s timing belt. Based on the results of theoretical studies, this paper gives a practical design that can be used in the field. Its tooth shape, belt and pulley design are close to or reached the level of similar products in the United States in the 80s, the results of field tests to prove this conclusion.
