本工作研究了丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸盐离子聚合物的一些性能。结果表明,产物的吸水性由于金属离子基团的存在而下降,但随羧酸盐基团的增加而增加。动态力学谱的研究指出,离子交联的生成使T_g升高,T_g与离子基团含量呈线性关系。从T_g、透明度及动态力学性能判断,金属离子基团的引入有利于共聚物与聚环氧乙烷共混,后者占20%时,呈现明显的协同效应。
This work investigated some properties of butyl acrylate-acrylate ionomers. The results showed that the water absorption of the product decreased due to the existence of metal ion groups, but increased with the increase of carboxylate groups. Dynamic mechanical spectroscopy studies have shown that the formation of ion crosslinked T_g increased, T_g and ionic groups showed a linear relationship. Judging from the T_g, transparency and dynamic mechanical properties, the incorporation of metal ion groups favors the co-polymerization of the copolymer with polyethylene oxide, with the latter accounting for 20% of the apparent synergistic effect.
