宁波市是国家服务业综合改革试点城市。近年来,市委市政府高度重视服务业发展,把发展现代服务业作为促进经济社会转型和城市经济发展的战略重点来抓,服务业的规模体量、质量效益都取得了长足进步。但与杭州相比,无论是总量增速,还是结构优化,宁波服务业发展落后仍较明显。“十三五”时期,要结合宁波城市功能、特色优势,加快建立与国际强港相匹配、与先进制造业相融合、与创新驱动相适应的现代服务业体系,为宁波全面建成现代化国际港口城市提供强大支撑。
Ningbo City is a pilot city for the comprehensive reform of the national service industry. In recent years, the municipal government attaches great importance to the development of service industry, and takes the development of modern service industry as a strategic focus to promote economic and social transition and urban economic development. Great progress has been made in the scale, quality and benefit of the service industry. However, compared with Hangzhou, Ningbo’s service industry is still lagging behind in terms of growth in gross volume or structure optimization. In the period of “13th Five-Year Plan”, we should speed up the establishment of a modern service industry system that matches with the international strong port, merge with the advanced manufacturing industry and be driven by innovation so as to modernize Ningbo in an all-round way International port cities provide strong support.
