目的探讨硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合奥硝唑片治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法共90例患者,随机将其分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,两组均给予基础治疗,对照组再予以奥硝唑片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,治疗7 d。结果经1个疗程治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率为93.3%,对照组患者总有效率为80.0%,治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合奥硝唑片治疗滴虫性阴道炎效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifuratel nystocin vaginal soft capsule combined with ornidazole tablets in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis.
