近几年来,国家为改善集体企业生存环境先后采取了许多措施,但从实践上看,这一问题仍然没有得到有效解决,成为制约集体企业发展的“瓶颈”。只有切实解决集体企业职工后顾之忧,才能把企业发展的潜在能量发挥出来,使其在经济发展和社会稳定中发挥更大的作用。本文试图从铁路集体企业财务管理规范化角度进行探讨,财务管理是企业管理中最重要的组成部分,企业的良好运营离不开良好的财务管理。本文分析了铁路行业集体企业在财务管理规范化方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策措施。
In recent years, the state has taken many measures to improve the living environment of collective enterprises. However, in practice, this problem has not been effectively solved and has become the “bottleneck” restricting the development of collective enterprises. Only by effectively resolving the worries of the collective enterprise staff and workers can the potential energy of the enterprise be developed to play a greater role in economic development and social stability. This article attempts to discuss from the perspective of standardization of financial management of collective-owned railway corporations. Financial management is the most important part of corporate management. The good operation of enterprises can not be separated from good financial management. This article analyzes the existing problems in the standardization of financial management of collective enterprises in railway industry and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
