魏英敏,男,1935年6月生,辽宁盖州人,满族。1956-1960年在中国人民大学哲学系读书,1960年毕业后留校从事教学和青年共产主义道德教育工作。1970-2000年在北京大学哲学系工作,先后任助教讲师、副教授、教授、博士生导师。曾任北京大学哲学系学位委员会委员;长期担任北京大学伦理学教研室主任,中国伦理学会理事,中国伦理学会副会长等。曾任国家教委全国高等学校思想政治教育课教材编审委员会委员、教育部中等职业学校德育课程教学大纲审定委员会委员、劳动部国家职业学校技能鉴定专家委员会职业指导委员会副主任委员、共青团中央,青年思想教育研究中心研究员。现任中国社会科学院应用伦理研究中心理事,研究员;中国人民大学道德科学研究院特邀客座研究员。享受国务院特殊津贴专家。著有《当代中国伦理与道德》、《伦理道德问题再认识》,主编有《新伦理学教程》、《毛泽东伦理思想新论》、中国伦理学百科全书《职业伦理学》卷、《为人民服务伦理意义新探》等。党德第一规范“立党为公,执政为民”的首倡者(见《学习与探索》1996年第9期“试论党政干部的道德建设”)。
Wei Yingmin, male, born in June 1935, Liaoning Gaizhou Manchu. From 1956 to 1960, he studied at the Department of Philosophy of Renmin University of China. After graduating in 1960, he stayed in school for teaching and youth communist moral education. 1970-2000 in Peking University Department of philosophy, has taught teaching lecturer, associate professor, professor, doctoral tutor. He used to be a member of the Degree Committee of Philosophy Department of Peking University. He has long served as Director of Ethics Department of Peking University, director of Chinese Ethics Association and vice president of Chinese Ethics Association. Former State Education Commission national higher school ideological and political education teaching material compilation and examination committee, the Ministry of Education secondary vocational school moral education curriculum syllabus approval committee, the Ministry of Labor National Vocational School Skill evaluation expert committee occupation guidance committee vice chairman of the Communist Youth League Central Committee, youth thought Education Research Center researcher. Incumbent Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Research Center for Applied Ethics, researcher; Renmin University of China Institute of Ethics invited guest researcher. Enjoy the State Council special allowance experts.
