在一次较大规模的观摩教学活动中,发生了下面这样一件事。一位青年教师上公开课,在学生的热烈争辩中,不知不觉下课的铃声响起,可是仍有几项教学任务没有完成。更让人苦恼的是,听课的教师们手里都有一份公开课的“简案”。原本想借公开教学活动来展示教师风采和学校形象,可是竟连起码的教学任务也没有完成,下面听课的教师议论四起,有的说: “学生讨论的时间太长了,教师上课怎能没有计划呢!”;有的说: “要善于控制局面,发挥教师的主导作用……”总之,众多教师议论的弦外之音恐怕是:教师要把学生的讨论、争辩引向问题的实质,启发、引导学生顺利而高效地解决问
