目的建立饮用水中16种邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalates,PAEs)固相萃取气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)同时测定法。方法取200 ml水样经固相萃取净化(SPE)、二氯甲烷洗脱,真空浓缩后,采用GC-MS对16种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物进行检测,同位素内标定量。结果 16种邻苯二甲酸酯在0.02~2.0 mg/L线性范围内,均呈较好的线性关系(r>0.999)。该方法的检出限为7.98~21.6ng/L,平均回收率为70.20%~106.00%。结论该方法快速简便,准确度和精密度均较高,适用于饮用水中16种PAEs含量的同时测定。
Objective To establish a simultaneous determination of 16 phthalates (PAEs) in drinking water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods 200 ml water samples were purified by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and eluted with dichloromethane. After concentration in vacuo, 16 phthalate esters were detected by GC-MS and the internal standard was quantified. Results 16 kinds of phthalates in the linear range of 0.02 ~ 2.0 mg / L, showed a good linear relationship (r> 0.999). The detection limit of the method was 7.98 ~ 21.6ng / L, the average recovery was 70.20% ~ 106.00%. Conclusion The method is rapid and simple with high accuracy and precision and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 16 PAEs in drinking water.
