目的:探讨喘可治雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿呼吸系统感染疗效。方法:将2014年12月-2016年12月我院收治的78例呼吸系统感染小儿患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患儿给予常规抗感染、抗病毒治疗,并纠正患儿体内电解质紊乱。研究组在对照组基础上,给予喘可治雾化治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果 :研究组患儿的体温、咳嗽和呼吸恢复正常,肺部啰音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学差异。对照组和研究组患儿的治疗总有效率分别为92.3%和100.0%,后者显著大于前者(P<0.05),具有统计学差异。结果:喘可治雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿呼吸系统感染可有效改善患儿临床症状,促进患儿康复,值得临床参考和使用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of asthma inhalation assisted by asthma treatment on respiratory infection in children. Methods: From December 2014 to December 2016, 78 children with respiratory system infection admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was given routine anti-infective and anti-virus treatment, Electrolyte disorder. The research group based on the control group, given asthma treatment can treat Chuan, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results: The body temperature, cough and respiration of the study group were normal, and the disappearance time of pulmonary rales was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rates of the treatment group and the study group were 92.3% and 100.0% respectively, which were significantly higher than the former (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Results: Chuanke treatment atomized inhalation assisted treatment of respiratory infections in children can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and promote rehabilitation of children worthy of clinical reference and use.
