目的 :研究延寿口服液抗衰老作用。方法 :采用D 半乳糖 (D gal)制备衰老模型 ,测定延寿口服液对衰老小鼠血、肝超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性 ;脑、肝测定过氧化脂质 (MDA)含量 ;脑、心脂褐质 (LF)的含量和小鼠应激能力 :抗疲劳和耐缺氧实验及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定。结果 :延寿口服液能明显使衰老小鼠血、肝中SOD活性升高 ,脑、肝中MDA的生成减少 ,脑、心中LF的含量降低 ,能显著延长小鼠游泳时间和耐缺氧生存时间及增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力 ,促进血清溶血素的形成。结论 :延寿口服液具有一定的抗衰老作用。
Objective: To study the anti-aging effects of Yanshou oral solution. METHODS: The aging model was prepared with D gal (D gal). The activity of blood and liver superoxide dismutase (SOD) in aging mice was determined by Yanshou oral liquid, and the contents of MDA (lipid peroxide) in brain and liver were measured. The content of LF and the stress ability of mice: anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia experiments and determination of phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Results: Yanshou oral liquid can obviously increase SOD activity in blood and liver of aging mice, reduce the production of MDA in brain and liver, decrease the content of LF in brain and heart, and significantly prolong the swimming time and hypoxia-tolerance survival time of mice. And enhance the phagocytic ability of mouse peritoneal macrophages to promote the formation of serum hemolysin. Conclusion: Yanshou oral liquid has a certain anti-aging effect.
