From November 1996 to September 1999, we obtained satisfactory results by temporarily blocking the hilar vessels to control bleeding in 11 cases of central lung cancer patients undergoing lobectomy, and then repairing the main pulmonary artery or severed pulmonary artery branches. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods The group of 7 males and 4 females. Age 37 to 72 years, an average of 6 2 4 years old. Tumor invasion of the pulmonary artery branches in 8 cases, leaching
