目的了解梗阻性肾病致肾功能不全的病因,为今后的治疗提供帮助。方法分析武警陕西总队医院2009-01-2011-06梗阻性肾病致肾功能不全患者16例的临床资料。结果 16例患者中,治疗后5例肾功恢复正常,9例肾功改善,2例进入规律血液透析治疗。结论对梗阻性肾病致肾功能不全患者应及时诊断,解除梗阻因素,保护残余肾功能。
Objective To understand the etiology of renal insufficiency caused by obstructive nephropathy and to provide help for the future treatment. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of renal insufficiency caused by obstructive nephropathy in Armed Police Corps Hospital of Shanxi Province from January 2009 to December 2009 were analyzed. Results Among the 16 patients, renal function recovered to normal in 5 cases, renal function improved in 9 cases and regular hemodialysis treatment in 2 cases. Conclusion Patients with obstructive renal failure caused by renal insufficiency should be promptly diagnosed, relieve obstruction and protect the residual renal function.
