(纪是安,男,中共党员,省九届人大代表,南雄市帽子峰镇富竹村委会潭溪经济社农民。)省九届人大三次会议闭会期间,纪是安就韶关市工商局在录用公务员问题上存在舞弊现象写了一份意见。意见说:2000年8月,韶关大学中文系毕业的考生陈芳,参加了全省工商系统招干考试,分别以笔试、面试第一名的成绩率先进入体检,体检结果是在《广东省国家公务员录用体检实施细则(试用)》规定的合格范围之内,但韶关市工商局却居然以“不合格”为名不予录用,转录成绩较差的考生为公务员。9月15日,陈芳以书面材料向我们反映事情的前因后果。经反复查实,对照《广东省国家公务员录用体检实施细则(试用)》,我们认为:陈芳未被录用,完全是韶关市工商局舞弊所致。韶关市工商局的这种行为,是违反党纪、政纪的,是严重的腐败现象,应该从严查处,以伸张正义,弘扬尊重知识,尊重人才之风。
